Rent Due Date:
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee applies after the 5th.

Requesting Repairs
We're committed to maintaining safe, comfortable housing. Report any maintenance issues promptly.
How to Submit a Request:
- Log into the online portal and select "Work Order"
- Describe the problem in detail
- Indicate if permission to enter is granted
- Submit and receive a confirmation number
Emergency Maintenance
For emergencies (flooding, no heat, gas leak, fire), call 651-675-4499 immediately.
Annual Recertification
To continue receiving housing assistance, you must complete an annual recertification. We'll contact you approximately 90 days before your anniversary date.
What You'll Need:
- Updated income documentation for all household members
- Current bank statements
- Proof of any changes (employment, household composition)
- Updated identification if expired
Important:
Report any changes in income or household composition within 10 days.
