Dakota County CDA's Senior Housing program provides affordable, independent living opportunities for adults age 55 and older. Our communities are designed with seniors in mind, offering accessible features, community spaces, and a supportive environment while maintaining your independence.
We manage several senior housing communities throughout Dakota County, each offering a unique living experience with shared amenities and a welcoming community atmosphere.

Eligibility Requirements
Age Requirement
At least one household member must be 55 years of age or older.
Income Limits
Your household income must be at or below 50% of the Area Median Income:
